Chibougamau Independent Mines Inc., symbol CBG, is a natural resources exploration company based in Rouyn-Noranda and with its large property holdings located in the Chibougamau Mining Camp, North Western Quebec.

CBG is focused on developing new mines in the Chibougamau gold-copper mining camp.  CBG’s concessions encompass: 

• five past producing Cu-Au mines,
• an unmined Cu-Au deposit,
• an unmined Zn-Au-Ag deposit,
• the inferred lateral and depth extensions of three of the largest past production mines in the Chibougamau Mining Camp (Portage-Henderson Mines)
•  a large unmined iron-titanium near surface deposit
• and numerous zones of drill intersected base and precious metal mineralization.

 Short term objectives

• Produce a NI 43-101 compliant resources and reserves on selected specific, high priority properties commencing with the historic Berrigan Au-Ag-Zn deposit.

• Identify and drill test new high quality target areas in the immediate vicinity of known deposits and/or past Cu-Au producers to increase the number of new zones warranting initial NI 43-101 compliant resource estimates.
